ENGAGEMENT PROCESS

How Engagements Are Initiated

Every engagement begins with intent—not predefined packages or assumptions. We first establish what you are trying to achieve before defining scope or execution.

The process begins when you contact us with an objective, concern, or operational requirement. We then conduct a brief initial consultation to determine context, feasibility, and appropriate engagement type.

Once intent is understood, we enter a formal scoping phase. This phase defines operational boundaries, required depth of analysis, and engagement structure.

The initial intake (email or initial consultation for intent clarification and high level planning.) is not billed. Formal scoping, technical assessment of requirements, coordination, and any in-person or extended consultation work are billed at our standard hourly consulting rate.

After scope alignment, we establish formal engagement terms, documentation, and pricing. Only once mutual agreement is reached does structured execution begin under a defined operational framework.

ENGAGEMENT FLOW

• Intent Submission — You contact us with objectives or concerns

• Initial Consultation— Brief discussion to understand context and feasibility (not billed)

• Formal Scoping — Requirements definition and operational planning (billed)

• Terms & Pricing — Agreement, documentation, and engagement structure finalized

• Execution — Structured delivery under an intelligence-led workflow

Hybraxis primarily serves clients throughout the state of Colorado. While most engagements are conducted within the state, select out-of-state opportunities may be considered based on scope, logistics, and availability. Hybraxis Threat Solutions conducts business exclusively within the United States and does not provide services outside U.S. jurisdiction.

OPERATIONAL FRAMEWORK

How an Engagement Works

Every engagement follows a structured intelligence-led workflow designed for clarity, control, and actionable outcomes.

STEP 01

Intake & Intent

You contact us with your objective. We identify engagement type and feasibility.

STEP 02

Scoping & Review

We define boundaries and analyze operational context and exposure areas.

STEP 03

Assessment

Controlled, intelligence-led evaluation under realistic threat conditions.

STEP 04

Reporting

Actionable findings delivered with operational context and recommendations.

Final deliverables include a full operational summary and recommended next steps.

ENGAGEMENT TYPES

Select Operational Focus

All engagements follow the same workflow. Differences lie in operational focus and depth of analysis.

• Red Team Operations — adversarial simulation and attack surface testing

• OSINT Investigations — intelligence gathering and exposure analysis

• Security Assessments — structured infrastructure and risk review

• Physical / Operational Security — environmental and access control analysis
